What Information Do You Need to Provide an Accurate Quotation?
The exact inputs a custom plush factory needs to give an accurate quote — design or reference, size, materials, quantity, destination and timing — and why each one moves the number.
To quote accurately we need six things: your artwork, sketch, photo or reference; a target size; a material direction; the quantity you can realistically order; your destination country; and when you need it by. Each one changes the price — size and materials set the cost floor, quantity spreads the setup, destination sets shipping, and timing decides whether a sample and a run fit your calendar. You do not need finished artwork to start; a clear drawing or even a described idea is enough to begin the conversation.
Why each input changes the number
None of these are administrative box-ticking — each is a price driver. The design reference tells us how complex the pattern and construction will be. Size and material choice set the per-unit floor. Quantity is the lever that spreads fixed setup across more pieces, so it usually moves the unit price more than anything else. Destination determines shipping method and cost, and whether your market needs specific testing. Timing tells us whether a sample round and a production run realistically fit your launch.
The good news is that you do not need a polished tech pack to get a real answer. A sketch, a photo, an AI render or even a written description is a normal place to start — turning a rough idea into a manufacturable spec is the part we do for you. Bring what you have and the quantity and date you have in mind, and we will come back with a number and what it covers.

Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?
No. A sketch, photo, reference image or even a described idea is enough to start. Turning a rough concept into a manufacturable spec is part of what the factory does.
Which input moves the price the most?
Quantity, because the pattern and line setup are fixed and spread across the run. Size and materials set the floor, so a clear quantity and target size tighten an estimate fast.
