This website provides information about our custom plush services. Content on this site is general information and does not by itself form a quotation, an offer or a production agreement. Projects are agreed per case through the project inquiry and follow-up communication.
Quotations and orders
Prices, lead times and order terms are confirmed per project and depend on the design, materials and quantity agreed at that time. Any figures presented on this website are illustrative rather than binding commitments for a specific order.
Artwork and intellectual property
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any artwork, characters or brands you submit. You keep the rights to your designs; production rights and usage for a specific order are agreed in the project terms. We produce according to the approved design and do not independently assess whether a submitted design infringes third-party rights.
Confidentiality
Project details shared with us are used to scope and deliver your project. Additional confidentiality arrangements, if needed, can be discussed and agreed as part of a specific project.
Samples and approvals
The approved sample becomes the production reference for an order. Changes to a design, its materials or its construction are agreed with you before production continues.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with the use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.
