Custom Plush Sampling Process
Sampling is where your artwork becomes a physical plush you can hold, review and approve before a bulk run is produced.
A sample is developed from your artwork and pattern so you can evaluate shape, materials and details before production. You review it, request changes, and approve the version that becomes the production reference.
Pre-production samples in about 7 working days.
Sampling fees and revision terms are confirmed for each project — ask on your inquiry and we will set them out.

What to prepare for sampling
You do not need a finished production file to start. Useful references include character artwork or a sketch, an approximate size, intended use, target quantity and any details that must be preserved.
If some details are not decided yet, that is fine — they can be confirmed during the review.
Reviewing the sample
The sample is checked against the agreed design requirements. Depending on the project, review points may include:
- Shape, proportions and overall silhouette
- Facial details, eye placement and expression
- Color placement and contrasting panels
- Stitching, construction and finishing
- Accessories, labels and any added details
Revisions and approval
Required changes are discussed and confirmed before approval. Once approved, the final sample becomes the reference that production is made and inspected against.
Which changes are included and which require a separate quotation is confirmed case by case.
